Lavender Moon Wellness
Lavender Moon Wellness is a massage and wellness studio focused on providing care tailored to each client. After years of working at other Portland-area studios, owner Samantha decided it was time for her to venture out on her own.
We started small, focusing first on basic brand identity that would allow her to show up on social media and scheduling apps. Drawing inspiration from wax seals and apothecaries of years past, we settled on rounded shaped and organic elements. It was important incorporate Samantha's approach to health in the design — a mix of nature and science, with a little bit of magical whimsy sprinkled on top. Warm purples, yellows, grays and browns make the brand feel just like lying on the massage table: cozied up and welcomed.
It was important to Samantha for her site to be more than just a place to book an appointment. She wanted clients to be able to learn more about her and her practice. A brand photoshoot taken in her own studio incorporated the brand colors, helping pull the identity through the entire site. Welcoming copy brought the site to life, making current and potential clients feel safe while also encouraging appointment requests.
BRANDING
Lavender Moon Wellness was created to be a sanctuary — a space where calm, clarity, and inner healing take center stage. The brand identity reflects this vision through a palette of soft lavender, sandy neutrals, and moonlit grays that evoke grounded femininity and lunar energy. Hand-drawn celestial elements, paired with gentle serif and script typography, give the brand a personal, sacred feel. The result is a visual language that radiates warmth, intention, and intuitive care.

WEBSITE DESIGN
For the website, I focused on creating an user experience that mirrors the brand’s essence. With clean navigation and plenty of white space, the site guides visitors through a journey of discovery — from learning about healing offerings to booking a session with ease. Custom graphics and lunar iconography are woven throughout.
PRINT COLLATERAL
The print materials extend the brand’s calming presence into the physical world. Business cards, gift cards and stickers were designed with textures, subtle gradients, and intuitive layouts that echo the digital experience. Every piece is meant to feel like a small ritual — something to keep, reflect on, and return to.
